An initiative that aims to widen access to Booker prize-winning authors is set to launch this week, as research finds that more than a third of UK adults find it hard to read books through to the end.
Curated by Roddy Doyle, the Booker Prizes Quick Read is a collection of short stories from Booker Prize and International Booker Prize-nominated authors. It is designed to get more people reading for pleasure through access to world-class storytelling.
